Another excellent apiary meeting, this time hosted by our own apiary manager Martin Ainsley at the Association apiary in Murton.
The topic was preparations for winter, and Martin shared his approach to checking the bees to ensure they have enough food stores, and if required to feed them.
The beekeepers who attended the meeting had the chance to ask questions and get advice from other members.
It is a great opportunity to learn and practice!
